I am urgently seeking an experienced Business Analyst with Audit experience for a 3 month contract with a large government organisation. This Business BA will be involved in looking at current methodologies for undertaking performance audits, and identifying gaps in current processes. They will then gather requirements, make recommendations for Process enhancements, ensure consistency and look at current/future state processes.  

To be successful for this role you will require the following skills and experience:

• Strong Business Analysis experience with demonstrable skills in Audit and compliance
• Experience with business performance assessments and suggesting improvements
• Experience working in project environments
• Understanding of the workings of government
• Excellent collaboration and relationship management skills.
