We work with well-known clients across a range of industries, and we are currently looking for Temporary Project Administrators and Coordinators to join busy project teams.
You will be able to provide ongoing, superb support and add value to their organisation. This will involve being the hub of the projects, by keeping track of schedules, financials and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
You will have excellent attention to detail, be comfortable documenting and recording updates. You will be process driven, and be capable of tracking financials of the projects, so good attention to detail is a must!
You will be comfortable juggling many tasks at once, and enjoy being a go-to person within the team.
You will have had a similar role previously, so you are comfortable with project methodologies and will have used various different systems, preferably including MS Project, Visio and SharePoint in your career.
