This organization requires high quality coordination, administrative and support services to ensure their training programmes are on track in every way.
 
As a member of the Qualifications team you will be responsible for making sure programmes and all the associated tasks are coordinated and managed to schedule and to expectations.
Working with a wide variety of internal and external contacts and being able to talk the talk with the coordination elements of this role is important, as is your ability to pick up new information and build relationships.
To grasp this role confidently, the following is required:
  • Proven organisational skills and a consistent record of meeting deadlines
  • Being adept at multitasking with a diverse workload
  • Experience in researching(Exposure to NZ Qualifications Framework is desirable but not essential.)

    Working in a friendly team, you will be comfortable self-managing plus maintaining great communication with the rest of the team on the progress of your projects.
