Job description

 I am seeking a Programme Manager with strong FMIS/Payroll integration experience for a 12 month contract with a large government client. This role will lead the replacement of Payroll and Financial Management Information System (FMIS) applications. Working directly with the Finance business team, this is a delivery leadership role and requires someone with solid experience in delivery using the Agile SAFe methodology.

To be successful for this role you will require the following skills and experience:

  • Proven track record in successfully delivering large, multi-million dollar programmes in an Agile context
  • Experience with large-scale FMIS and/or Payroll replacements
  • Experienced in managing vendor relationships
  • Experience of working with Government procurement processes
  • Experience with Agile and SAFe methods - must be able to  establish and facilitate key Agile events (eg. daily stand up, cadence planning, retrospectives, risk workshops, etc)
  • Excellent collaboration, collaboration and calm demeanour.
