The primary duties of the role will include overseeing production, ensuring quality checks and standards are amintained, leading the daily activities of the team members, and reporting to the production manager. The right candidate for this position will have a high level of relevant experience and posses leadership qualities.

To be successful you will have:

• Experience in the production or manufacturing industry
• Profficient with spread sheets and word documents
• Experience in a supervisory role, prefferably in the production industry
• Flexibility with work hours, and ability to work overtime
• A natural and trusted leader of staff
• Able to acknowledge good performers, and lift poor performers.
• Comfortable managing staff conflict, poor performance and misconduct
• Understanding of health and safety protocols
• Organised and able to mobilise a team.
