Our client is a leading manufacturing business, from humble beginnings to where it now stands in a competitive market our client is a market leader and still developing at a rapid pace.

As a result of such growth our client is looking for a Production Supervisor to oversee the daily operation of their precast concrete plant and take overall responsibility for Health and Safety of valued staff onsite while producing high quality products.

Responsible for a team of up to 25 people per shift, operating a range of equipment across the factory. This position reports directly to the Plant Manager and will work closely with the Planning and Maintenance teams, it is hands on and requires a leader that leads by example whilst maintaining accurate records across the board

You will need to be up for the challenge! We are looking for someone with the ability to lead a team of production personnel to achieve performance objectives in order to deliver on customers' expectations.

  Background and Skills:

  • Production experience, ideally in Concrete but not a deal breaker.
  • Experience in leading teams in a complex and demanding production environment
  • Knowledge on Lean Manufacturing concepts & principles - 5S and Mini Business.
  • Good level of cumputer literacy
