The Company:

Our client is a successful facility with state of the art, high volume laundry processing technology. They are committed to being the most efficient and cost effective linen provider to their customers, and service the lower half of the North Island.

The Role:

We are seeking an individual to work in their processing centre based in Palmerston North. The role will include the following:

• You will be responsible for operating laundry folding machines. This will mean feeding freshly cleaned towels, pillowcases, and bedsheets into the machines.
• You will be trained to use all the industry specific machinery.
• The role is highly repetitive. You will be feeding linen into machines for the entirety of your shift, so you must be comfortable with this aspect of the position.
• Dispatching of orders

  Hours and Pay Rate:

  This role is Monday - Friday, hours are 7am - 3.30pm. Hourly rate of $20.00.

  Skills and Attributes:

  • Experience in a laundry processing environment is preferred but not essential.
  • Experience in repetitive and constant work.
  • Comfortable working alongside others.
