The Opportunity:

Based at our state-of-the-art Glass manufacturing plant you will be responsible for effectively coordinating production planning to optimise glass yield and help schedule production order for our Highbrook site.

Working in an achievement-based culture you will take ownership of planning work that utilises all resources, maximises factory outputs and ensures delivery on time and in full to the customer.

To be Successful:

We are looking for someone who is known for their attention to detail, analytic mindset and ability to achieve planning excellence. You will be safety focused and be motivated by developing and implementing plans to improve quality of products and systems. Ideally you can demonstrate:

• Production planning / scheduling experience within a manufacturing environment
• Experience with planning systems, SAP and MRP (or alternate ERPs)
• Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to communicate with stakeholders across all levels
• Competent with Microsoft suite, data analysis and managing digital files
• Extensive planning and logistics skills and production knowledge
• Glass processing or CNC programming experience (preferred but not essential)
