  Our client is based in Tokoroa, which means this job is accessible from several central North Island cities. Not only will you be making a lifestyle choice you could also progress within a well-known NZ leader in the manufacturing industry. This rotating 4 on and 4 off shift pattern, mean there is also time to spend outside work doing what you like best.

  We are looking for a motivated, technical, quick thinker who likes to lead and coach a team while encompassing the following duties involved within a production environment:

  • Trade qualification desirable * Computer literate - with high level of Excel skills
  • Health & Safety compliance experience - zero harm
  • Good understanding of operational planning - reporting, allocating, contingency planning, scheduling, capital expenditure
  • SAP experience would be beneficial
  • People leadership and trouble-shooting ability
  • Excellent root cause analytical attributes
  • Performance Management, managing KPI expectations
  • Support ongoing training and development of the team
  • NZ Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Full NZ Drivers Licence
