OneStaff are seeking an experienced production engineer to fill a vacancy at a busy precast concrete yard based in Hornby. Our client specialise in the production of precast concrete pipes for infrastructure projects such as drainage and stormwater systems.

This role will involve:

• Providing the lead technical support for the manufacture of precast products
• Perform reviews for quality control and inspection/audit of processes for manufactured products
• Oversee production teams
• Ensuring production demands are met efficiently and cost effectively
• Using design software
• Reporting to the production manager

  Successful applicants will:

  • Have a degree and background in civil or construction engineering
  • Have good knowledge of concrete and precast production
  • Sound experience with design software
