Beyond Recruitment are currently looking to fill this senior, organisation wide focussed role to deliver ICT infrastructure and information tools to support the business at a Government organisation in Wellington.

Within the Information Directorate, this position will lead key portfolios of projects and work across the organisation to identify and realise future information needs. The Information Directorate develops data, data products, information, and new tools for internal stakeholders, external customers, and other Government agencies.

As the Principal Analyst you will talk to the wider business to understand how they use data and information and use this knowledge along with your experience to apply this to new technology, ideas, and projects.

We are looking for;

• A good understanding of the NZ tertiary education sector
• Understanding of where technology is going and how it can be utilised
• Experience leading and working within project environments and portfolios of work
• Someone who can identify opportunities to use new technology within the organisation
• Excellent relationship management skills
• A solution focussed approach
• Strong knowledge of both business and technology
• Self-management and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Analytical as well as an adaptable, collaborative approach
