Concrete precast yard requires a supervisor for a team of 15 precasters.

This will be hands on role ensuring that the crew is working in a safe and cost effective way and working on the tools when required.

This role is for a well known concrete precast manufacturer based in Hornby who supplies construction and civil infrastructure projects across NZ.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• A solid background in precast or concreting
• Supervisory/production management experience
• Great communication skills

  Primary responsiblities will be:

  • Ensuring manufacturing costs do not exceed the budget
  • Day to day supervison of 10-15 staff
  • Oversee all work to ensure high production standards are met
  • Liase with engineers to ensure work is completed to spec and to deadline
  • Observe strict health & safety protocols

    Work hours will generally be between 5am and 2pm.
