Our Client is based in Longburn, a few minutes outside of Palmerston North so reliable transport is essential. Shifts are rotating and the ability to accept on call shifts is a must. Whilst the hours are not guaranteed there are plenty available with this client. The role involves picking and packing bread products for supermarkets and getting orders ready to be distributed.

The hours will fluctuate however we need you to be able to commit to work a minimum of 24 hours 7 days per week to match our clients changing needs. This means being available on weekends.

  Requirements:

  • High attention to detail
  • Fit and Healthy and able to lift up to 25kgs, - you must fit the physical requirements
  • Able to read and understand picking scanners
  • Be reliable - no pulling sickies here or limiting your availability
  • Able to pass a pre-employment Drug Test and ongoing random screening
  • A clean criminal record
  • Complete an ACC Check - not suitable for those with back injuries
  • Have reliable Transport
  • Team Player who works well with others
  • Forklift licence would be advantageous however not a must
  • Able to work any day of the week between hours of 12pm to 10.00pm.
