Job description

Are you an experienced Personal Assistant  in-between assignments or looking for that right next role? We have a temporary role with an ASAP start required supporting a busy GM and covering for a secondment period through to Christmas. The permanent PA is on site but otherwise engaged, so there is support and training but previous PA experience and a capable and organised professional is required. Pay rates are commensurate to experience.

The role:

  • Diary management, including rescheduling of meetings
  • Coordination with travel team
  • Meeting preparation
  • Document collation / changes
  • Email and communication management

Your experience / skills:

  • Previous PA to senior management experience
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Corporate experience
  • Confidential and professional manner
