Job description
Great opportunity for an experienced PA to provide high level executive support to the CTO.
This is a temporary assignment to start with possible longer-term opportunities.
You will be a highly skilled Personal Assistant with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
The successful candidate will provide support to the CTO and will also oversee the smooth running of the office.
The key responsibilities in this role are:
- Provide PA support to the CTO including diary management, travel management and email management
- Provide operational support to the leadership team
- Preparation of presentations, reports and correspondenc
- Process and complete expense claims, travel bookings and credit card reconciliations for the leadership tea
- Act as a liaison point between the CTO and the leadership team.
- Management of office and reception
The ideal candidate:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an PA role
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of honesty and integrity
- An advanced level of MS Office Suite
- Ability to build relationships with internal and external parties
