Job description

Great opportunity for an experienced PA to provide high level executive support to the CTO.
This is a temporary assignment to start with possible longer-term opportunities.

You will be a highly skilled Personal Assistant with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
The successful candidate will provide support to the CTO and will also oversee the smooth running of the office. 

The key responsibilities in this role are:

  • Provide PA support to the CTO including diary management, travel management and email management
  • Provide operational support to the leadership team
  • Preparation of presentations, reports and correspondenc
  • Process and complete expense claims, travel bookings and credit card reconciliations for the leadership tea
  • Act as a liaison point between the CTO and the leadership team.
  • Management of office and reception

The ideal candidate:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an PA role
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of honesty and integrity
  • An advanced level of MS Office Suite
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external parties
