Job description

To be successful in this position you will:

You would need proven Knowledge, Skills, Experience, Attributes, and Qualifications within the Personal Assistant to the Asset Operations Manager. You will be a person who has a great attitude, integrity, and professional pride.

  • Ensure all electronic and paper records are maintained
  • Data entry into corporate database and generate reports accordingly
  • Collate, record, reconcile and store documentation received internally and externally
  • Take telephone and e-mail enquiries, service requests and complaints from others and action them in accordance with company policy
  • Book servicing, inspection, and other visits and to record such appointments within corporate systems and diaries.
  • Liaise with the relevant departments to ensure that up to date data is produced for functions undertaken by business unit.
  • Take notes during meetings and reproduce in the required format for distribution to others.
  • Provide general administration support to the Business Unit and any other relevant duties required

    • Understanding of the general operations of our valued team and its services
    • Ability to work independently to complete specific tasks and responsibilities
    • At least two years practical experience

      Rangatiratanga

      • Experience working in a tikanga-based environment.
      • Competent to complete day to day tasks using technology such as data inputting, email systems, Microsoft Office Suite to a high level
      • Ability to produce reports using generic IT packages such as Microsoft Word and Excel
      • Emerging and/or developing tikanga-based experience and skills

        You must have:

        Whanaungatanga
        • Experience in working with the public, face to face, via phone and e-mail.
        • Experience in handling complaints and difficult situations
        • Skills in working with others in a strengths-based manner
        • Skills to maintain positive working relationships across all services the Our valued team
