Role Overview:

Your drive should be focused on achieving great results and taking pride in consistently exceeding expectations. You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing top-notch candidates, and fostering strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for your clients – this includes writing job ads, screening candidates and placing people into jobs.
* Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions to match their requirements.
* Conduct candidate interviews to identify the best fit for various roles.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, candidates, and industry stakeholders.
* Business development – bring on new clients through a variety of sales methods.

Requirements:
* Reliable and motivated for sales
* Proven experience in agency recruitment with a strong track record of successful placements.
* Excellent knowledge of the NZ job market and recruitment trends.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* A proactive and results-driven approach to problem-solving.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* You must be drug free, with a clean criminal history.
* You must be eligible to work in New Zealand.
* You must have a current, clean, full New Zealand driver’s license.
