The role:

As a part of our dynamic National Perm Team of recruitment experts, you will work to match skilled individuals with the right role and manage the client account and relationships. As an experienced consultant, you will have the opportunity to grow your own desk with ease through our extensive networks, and we have no boundaries - our perm team recruits Nationally with world-class clients.

We work as a team to ensure our clients get the fastest and best recruitment experience possible, so the desk will be warm, but you should have no issues in Business Development, as any good recruiter knows how-to pick-up jobs on their own.

To be considered for this role:

We're seeking someone who is a team player, passionate about being a high achiever, can multi-task, handle pressure, and deliver on promises, while having the ability to follow strict procedures and processes.

Recruitment involves sales in many forms, so you should not be afraid to complete sales calls or meet clients and candidates face-to-face as part of our daily activities. You should have a proven track record of delivering great outcomes within a sales and or customer service environment, have strong organisational skills and be able to manage your time. So you will either have proven agency recruitment experience or come from a high-level sales background, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Reliability, honesty, and integrity are imperative key attributes, and you must be currently eligible to work in NZ, be drug-free, with a clean criminal history, and a NZ driver's license.

In return:

This is a wonderful career opportunity for the right individual and in return, we offer a safe workspace, free on-site parking, and all the latest technology and tools of trade to help you be as successful as possible.

We provide training and ongoing support, working on national accounts, have an amazing bonus structure, highly competitive salary package, international travel opportunities, top private medical insurance, and more.
