Permanent Part Time Weekend Recruitment Support
Want a career in recruitment and only work 2 full days per week? Offering $30 per hour plus benefits, we are searching for 2 additional permanent staff to join our busy Auckland recruitment centre. Due to demand and always leading the way in our sector, we are opening full time Day shift, every Saturday and Sunday 8.30am till 5pm in our Auckland office.
There may be room for additional days during the week in due course, however at this stage you will need to commit to both Saturday and Sunday each week to be considered for one of these positions. Please don’t apply if you can’t commit permanently to these two shifts.
As Recruitment Support you will be handling the resourcing and overflow calls and registrations for our consultants. This is a customer facing role that is varied and can at times get really busy (it’s not an Admin role). You will understand the importance of good customer service always, dealing with people from all walks of life and cultures and be able to multi-task along with being highly reliable, trustworthy, a team player with positive attitude in all that you do. Most importantly we like to have fun and have an amazing company culture that promotes from within so our newest team members will also need to be driven and highly motivated individuals.

### The role duties include and not limited to:
* Meeting and greeting candidates coming in for registrations
* Assisting them on completing documentation and inductions
* Interviewing candidates for jobs
* Screening advertising and short listing candidates
* Answering phone enquiries from clients and workers
* Back filling weekend roles as required for consultants
* Issuing PPE to staff
* Drug testing and compliance checks
* General office duties and customer service
* Data entry and file management, Social media posting and updates
* Hand over to the night shift teams
This is an immediate start, so you must be currently eligible to Work in NZ to apply NZ ( Citizens, Residents or Open Visas welcome ) .
We are a drug free environment and pre-employment testing along with background checks will be conducted on successful short listed candidates.
