Perm Recruitment Consultant wanted for our head office in Mt Maunganui.

1st Call Recruitment is continuing to dominate in many markets across the county and due to our continued growth, we are now adding to our Permanent Technical division. You must be a highly motivated individual that has proven work history as a successful perm recruiter from either the New Zealand or Australian market. You will be a team player, driven by success yet understands the importance of customer care and client management. You will be honest, reliable, trustworthy, hard-working and take ownership in everything that you do.

  This role is a national role servicing client across NZ and the Tasman yet working out of our super Head Quarters in Mt Maunganui alongside our already established and successful perm technical team. There is a warm desk with job orders on offer to get you started in the region, but it is expected that you will drive business and build your own portfolio quickly to meet your targets.

As we are generalist recruiters we supply a diverse range of local and national significant businesses with staff at all levels within Engineering, Civils, Manufacturing, Industrial, Warehousing, Logistics and office support, trades and services along with senior level corporate appointments.

To be considered for this role you must:
* Have a minimum 2-4 years’ proven experience as a successful Permanent Recruiter.
* Proven record of meeting and exceeding targets or budgets
* Have a passion for recruitment in all that you do
* Have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal in English
* Be drug free and have a clean criminal history
* Be computer savvy and can follow processes and procedures
* Be highly organised in all that you do
* Self-motivated, clam by nature, handles pressure well, is team oriented
* Driven by success and high achievement
