You’ve done the hard yards in raising the skills of New Zealanders, whether at TEC or NZQA, developing an impressive OD and L&D skill-set along the way. You’ve researched and driven bespoke programmes and facilitated these in areas such as leadership, coaching, building high performing teams.

This consultancy powerhouse in education and leadership is looking for a unique individual to join their team to identify and deliver outstanding professional consulting services to their clients – from developing innovative, customer-centric proposals to providing delivery of technical solutions.

Your ability to build relationships and harness the expertise of those around you to deliver exceptional bespoke outcomes for your clients will be absolutely key as you and the team grow the consultancy reach.
 
We’re looking for a confident and capable practitioner with a broad base of experience who can hit-the-ground-running. Your post grad qualifications in psychology or education or equivalent will be complemented by a research bent, compelling technical writing and facilitation skills, and the ability to thrive in ambiguity.
