People and Performance Business Partner

We are looking for a talented and adaptable People Advisor who can hit the ground running.
As the People Advisor of this iconic FMCG organisation you'll take guidance from the People manager as you assume responsibility for developing people and leadership capabilities, competency frameworks for career pathways, maintaining the quality, reliability and integrity of the information and remuneration system and performance management process.
Step into this positive environment and your natural confidence, 'cool as a cucumber' approach and excellent multi-tasking ability will stand out. While you enjoy working independently, you can swiftly build effective relationships, have excellent influencing skills and are supremely confident when it is implementing best practice. Most importantly you get a kick out of pulling together all the loose ends to manage business risk diligently and deliver a quality outcome.
