Our client’s new offices based in City Fringe is looking for an enthusiastic and able Payroll Support star to join their team on immediately on a part time basis. The team is friendly and work in the fun environment. The role involves a paying a high volume of contractors on a weekly basis. You will enjoy providing professional, timely and efficient payroll services and ensure all transactions are processed according to the legislative requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the team with admin activities including filing, archiving, reporting, letter writing and so on.
  • Process end to end Payroll on a weekly basis using MYOB
  • Accounts Assistant duties using Xero
  • Paying 300 + invoices on a weekly basis
  • End of month reporting

What we are looking for:

  • Previous Payroll experience, a minimum of 3 years
  • Excellent Understanding of Xero & MYOB
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Proficient with MS office Suite (Excel mostly)

This role is part time and are open to people who can commit to school hours as well.
