This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Payroll Officer looking to expand their resume and expertise.

What’s in it for you?

While the payroll is currently quite manual, the organisation is in the process of automating processes and you will have the opportunity to contribute ideas to what elements can be improved in the system from a payroll perspective as well as running the full end to end payroll in a sole charge capacity.

Your new role:

In this role you will be responsible for processing the end to end payroll on a fortnightly basis. This includes regular and ad-hoc reporting and reconciliations of the pay run, including payment of PAYE, superannuation, ACC levies and all other deductions from salaries and wages.

Who you are:

To be successful in this role you will be a well-seasoned payroll expert with a solid understanding of relevant legislation and compliance requirements. You will have experience processing the full end to end payroll and understand the back end of how things run. You will have experience using a top tier system such as SAP, Chris21 or PayGlobal.
