Job description
Opportunity to delve into complex HRIS reporting and analytics – be part of a system upgrade – be the payroll SME for the company!
You will have:
- Strong experience in payroll processing, ideally with an outsourced payroll
- A good understanding of payroll related legislation e.g. holidays, tax, superannuation, ACC etc
- Experience with SAP, PayGlobal or AMS Leader would be beneficial to your application
- Strong experience with Excel with the ability to write formulas, pivot tables and v lookups. Macros ability is desirable but not essential
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Looking after the life cycle of an employee, including queries
- Assisting with month end consolidation and reconciliations
- Calculating final payments and processing deductions
- Assisting with system upgrades and ongoing process improvements
- Helping the wider HR team with HRIS reporting/analytics as required
