Job description

Looking for a detail-oriented payroll assistant to join a busy team based in Otara. Working closely with both the Finance and HR Managers to assist with the company's payroll process.

The Role

  • Data entry
  • Preparing spreadsheets
  • General administration tasks
  • Use of MYOB & Microsoft Excel

    Key Info

    • Hours are flexible (between 32-40 hours pw)
    • Can either work 4 or 5 days
    • Rate between $22-$24ph depending on experience
    • Role for approx 3 months, with potential for long-term
    • ASAP start

      Ideal candidate

      • MUST have experience with MYOB and Excel
      • Detail-oriented
      • Computer literate
      • Be able to work to deadlines
      • Flexible and adaptable
