Our busy Payroll department is looking for a full time payroll administrator to join their team, processing our temporary workforce weekly pays (approximately 500 per week).

Payroll experience and knowledge of the New Zealand legislation is vital for this role

You will need to be confident working in a highly pressurised environment, whilst remaining professional and composed.

Your daily duties will include but are not limited to

  • Payment of staff wages through the computerised payroll system
  • Processing of new and finishing staff -you will need fast and accurate data entry skills
  • Providing advice and support to staff and managers in relation to pay, annual leave, sick leave, statutory holidays, and taxation so you will need exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

    This is a permanent full time position, Monday to Friday 8.30 till 5. The role is an immediate start and you must be able to work School Holidays.

    The company is in a new modern building based in the Central City.
