Job description

Adecco is looking for an outstanding administrator with experience and knowledge in all things administration. We are currently looking to fill an exciting part time administrator role for 3 to 6 months on maternity cover.

The Role

  • Collecting job information and uploading to internal system (SIMPRO)
  • Typing quotes
  • Cover reception, answering calls etc
  • Invoice matching and data entry
  • Monday, Tuesday and Thursday 9am - 3pm

    What we need

    • Someone with great attention to detail,
    • Sound knowledge of computers and software applications.
    • Aptitude to learn and a keen eye for detail
    • Commitment of 3 to 6 months
