Part Time Finance Administrator


Job description

The Finance Administrator role performs all the basic but traditional financial responsibilities of an Assistant Accountant:

* Bank reconciliation's and receipting
* Reconciliation of some other control accounts
* Establishment of programmed payments ready for authorisation
* PAYG and BASWork in progress accruals and cost records for our jobs. 
* Experience running GreenTree systems is a huge advantage, as you will assist with the project to replace GreenTree with SAP Business One.    

This role will cover between 2-3 days per week. This will be towards 3 days at month end.  

The successful candidate will:
* Have previous experience in a relevant role
* Have good accounting knowledge
* Have excellent data entry skills
* Be able to pass a pre employment drug test
* Have 2 x relevant work references
