Job description

Part time account administrator for autonomous role, based in Mount Maunganui. Utilising your excel skills for accounts and payroll duties.



About the role
We are looking for a positive person who is keen to get stuck in and become part of the team.

You will be responsible for accounts payable, credit applications, reception duties, monthly reports, and general administration work.
As well as oversee our inventory and keep up with price changes.

You will have a great attitude, who can bring a smile to work every day;
and enthusiasm for anything that is thrown at you and have the same shared goal.




Attributes and desired skills
* Customer focused with a pleasant and professional telephone manner
* Experience with Xero and/ or Tradify would be preferred
* Experience of basic accounting duties required
* Detail orientated & capable of working on your own
* Proficient in Excel & Word
* Takes pride in their appearance and is well presented
* Health & Safety conscious
* Prepared to be flexible and job share
