About the role:

We are looking for a Change Manager to support a new Finance system project. You will be a master of taking organisations on a journey and ensuring they maintain organisational awareness and engagement during this project.

Skills and experience required:

• Change Manager
• Experience with either SAP or other large ERP based projects
• Proven organisational change management experience within 500+ employee organisations
• Excellent communicator
• Proven relationship building and management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
