Well, I have the role for you! I am looking for a Operations Trainer to join a Nationally recognized company, who are deemed an essential service so there is always going to be work.

This company champions their staff and has created a good working environment and with your help you will continue to support their culture to continue to develop and help deliver training in all facets of the business.

This role will require travelling 2 to 3 times a month in between Auckland and Naiper, with occasional trips to the South Island.

* Coordinate and oversee Training and updates
* Assist in Risk Management
* Identify training needs
* Strong Health and Safety values
* Strong experience in Compliance procedures
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
* Ability to work under pressure
