Operations Manager

Our client works within the industrial insulation and sheet metal cladding industry. They are looking for an Operations Manager to oversee the day to day running of the business.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for planning and managing site work, allocating and overseeing staff, complying with all health and safety regulations and also have the willingness to jump on the tools when required.

The applicant must have:

  • Experience in sheet metal, pipework insulation, lagging or have similar experience from plumbing or engineering trades.
    • The ability to simultaneously manage multiple large-scale projects as well as the workshop.
      • Strong communication and client relationship skills.
        • Comfortable managing between six and twenty direct reports.
          • Commitment to Health and Safety.
            • Competent in Microsoft Office Suite.
