With the head office in Tauranga, and offices in Rotorua, Taupo, and Whakatane, this busy Traffic Management company are ready to bring on a new leader for the head office.

You will come armed with a strategic operational vision, a strong cultural direction and be extremely health & safety orientated.

This is an incredibly varied role that will suit an individual with flexibility. The successful candidate will be required to work extra hours and be available for weekend work from time to time. Your duties will include, but not be limited to:

* Managing all job bookings and delivery for your branch
* Managing existing clients while building new client relationships
* Reviewing administration to ensure correct invoicing
* Live updating of work schedules
* Management of staff - including 25-35 field reports
* Planning and resourcing of staff
* Managing operations to ensure health & safety policies and procedures are followed
* Lead continual improvement of health & safety
* Lead monthly health & safety meetings (keeping up to date with H&S legislation)
* Heading out on site when needed as TC or STMS

This is a super varied role that definitely requires a 'step outside the box' kind of attitude. You will have full management of the yard and be responsible for creating a safe environment for your team to be in. You will be a natural leader that is consistently looking for ways to improve the business and drive future growth.
