Our client is a well respected leader in Civil Traffic Management Operations across 12 locations in New Zealand. They are a dedicated one stop shop for all traffic management solutions from basic shoulder closures to lane closure with manual traffic controls on motorways and state highways.

Contracting to all major civils, infrastructure and utilities across NZ they are busier then ever and expanding there teams. This has created a rare to market opportunity as a branch operations coordinator in the Wellington branch.

This role directly supports the branch tea and as a snapshot of duties will support organising all work crews, coordination of all job loadings & resourcing requirements, Complete management of the CRM system, managing all council submission permits & applications, Manage branch fleet, assist with H & S function for the branch and be a central point for all branch, staff and active works communications.

You will have:

* A strong understanding of H & S
* Clear communication skills coupled with a GREAT sense of humour
* Strong relationship building skills with internal and extremal stakeholders
* Excellent operational & organisation skills
* Excellent administration skills inclusive of all Microsoft office products
* Min 4 + years experience in an operations, project coordination, branch support or sales support role
* Preference will be given to candidates with Civil, Construction, Roading or trade based branch experience
