The duties of the role will include but not be limited to:

  • Office support 
  • Answering telephones 
  • Assisting with bids and tenders 
  • Social Media marketing 
  • Organising meetings/project reviews 
  • Diary management 
  • Generating reports 
  • Stationery orders 
  • Any other ad-hoc administrative duties where required

To be successful you will have: 

  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Strong organisational skills 
  • High level of attention to detail 
  • Good interpersonal skills, sense of humour
  • Ability to prioritise workload 
  • Basic accounts experience
