The duties of the role will include but not be limited to:
- Office support
- Answering telephones
- Assisting with bids and tenders
- Social Media marketing
- Organising meetings/project reviews
- Diary management
- Generating reports
- Stationery orders
- Any other ad-hoc administrative duties where required
To be successful you will have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organisational skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Good interpersonal skills, sense of humour
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Basic accounts experience
