Are you looking for a flexible role? Do you have general office admin, reception, and or PA/EA experience? Can you start work ASAP? Looking for work in Central, West or North Auckland? If you’ve answered yes to those questions, we want you to apply!

Ideally you will have had previous experience as a receptionist and will also have strong administration skills.

To be successful in these roles you will have:

  • An ability to learn fast and adaptable to fast paced work environments
  • Multi-tasking and time management down pack
  • Maturity and self-motivation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A friendly and positive customer service work ethic
  • Intermediate to advanced level MS Office
  • Accounting, IT and or management experience a plus
