Want to have a stable role with an essential business. I am looking for a Office Manager to join a fantastic team in Hamilton.

This role wears many different hats as you will be working for a fantastic NZ owned and operated business. It will give you the opportunity to have exposure to a variety of opportunities, which poses a lot of promise to the right person.

As the Office Manager you will be responsible for the following:

* Payroll – weekly and fortnightly
* Accounts Receivable and Payable.
* Banking
* Updating job cards to Customer Invoices
* Credit control
* Bank Reconciliation
* Month End processes and reports
* Timesheets
* Health & Safety policies are adhered to
