Our client is a great family based, NZ grown, company which supply solutions to the commercial and residential sectors based in Tauranga. The work environment is professional, and constantly evolving and you must be willing to fit into and adapt to this environment. Your job description could evolve as the company does.

They are looking for an experienced Office Manager to manage the following duties and responsibilities, including, but not limited to:
* General Office Management
* Managing small projects
* Supplier Management
* Logistics Management
* Gear and Inventory Management
* Document control and Office Management
* Health and Safety Management
* Payroll, Accounts and Bookkeeping
* Warehouse Support
* Marketing Support

You will also be required to take care of other general admin functions and tasks requested by the Directors.

To be considered you will have:
* Proven experience in a similar all-rounder role
* Knowledge and commercial working experience of Xero and Microsoft Excel
* The ability to take charge of projects or situations
* The ability to take initiative and make things happen
* The ability to adapt and learn new things quickly
* Good computer and software experience
* The ability to learn new software quickly
* Living in the BOP or able to relocate to the area quickly
* Able to work in NZ without any visa restrictions
* The ability to work Sole Charge
* The ability to motivate yourself
* A positive attitude
* Great customer service
* Great Time Management
* Great organisational skills
* Attention to detail
* Integrity and professionalism
* The ability to take ownership of things


You will find yourself working alone and/or without supervision for a significant portion of the time with a focus on predominantly managing tasks and processes, not people. You therefore need to be a self-starter with a desire to use your initiative.
