Our client, a specialist contractor in the industrial sector, is seeking an experienced office manager, or senior accounts administrator looking for the next step in their career.

Based in Dunedin, the ideal applicant will be available as soon as possible.

    Who we're looking for:

    The ideal person will have experience of at least 2 years in a management capacity, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.

    • Be able to contribute to the future planning of the business
    • Effective team management
    • Keen eye for detail and efficient time management skills
    • Great organisational and planning experience in a busy office environment
    • Have the ability to work under pressure
    • Experience with Eftpos/Front of House customer service
    • Experience or qualification with MYOB software is desirable
    • Prior experience with accounts payable/receivable is a must.

      In brief, the role is:

      • Overall admin support and office management
      • PA / EA support to the Managing Partner
      • General office accounts - invoices, debtors/creditors, payroll, GST.
      • Reporting
      • Compliance
