If you care about making a difference in people's lives but also poses previous management experience, we want you! We are currently seeking a highly organised and pro-active office Manager to join an industry leading aged care facility located in Tauranga.

This position availability will be a three-month period however may have the opportunity to extend.

Hours of work: Monday - Friday (day shift) 40hours pw

The right candidate will demonstrate:

  • Established experience in high level of administration support including management meetings, payroll support, in house team management and outer team support across the wider business.

  • Broad knowledge of administration policies, systems, procedures, and technology

  • An ability to work independently, collaboratively and creatively

  • Great written and verbal communication skills

  • Previous management experience is preferable

  • A desire to provide customer service excellence at every point

    The role has varying responsibilities so you will need to be extremely hands-on, able to use your initiative. You will interact with internal team members as well as residents, so we need you to care about their care!
