Job description

Onestaff are currently looking for an Office Manager for a locally based construction company. We are seeking a hardworking and dedicated individual to join their team.

Tasks will include but not limited to

  • Answering phone and email queries from clients and sub-contractors
  • Liaising with insurance companies
  • Payroll of approximately 10-15 staff
  • Accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations and GST
  • Scheduling of works

    The ideal candidate will:

    • Be able to work unsupervised and be well organised
    • Be detail orientated and demonstrate excellence and accuracy in their work
    • Have impeccable command of written and spoken English
    • Have a track record showing high performance in an office management role
    • Have a strong ability to learn new platforms and systems

      A crucial part of this role is the willingness to turn your skills to the jobs that are needed on the day - this role is varied, and you will need to possess the ability to think on your feet and deal with multiple tasks as they arise daily.


      This is a permanent position Monday to Friday with full time hours.
