This is a rare opportunity in our sector to join our team as a Recruitment Resourcer and work your way up in a recruitment career.

As a Branch Resourcer, you will be based in our Lower Hutt office, working as part of the Wellington team. We offer temp and perm recruitment services to some of the largest clients in the country. You will be meeting and greeting customers, answering phone calls and email queries, managing social media posts, advertising jobs, screening and interviewing candidates, helping shortlist for job orders, as well as processing weekly payroll and general administration tasks.

This role will require someone that can multi-task, likes to be busy, stays calm under pressure and wants a career in recruitment. We work with all walks of life, so good people skills and teamwork is essential. We are proud of the care and opportunities we provide our workforce and as branch resource, you will be in contact with workers on a daily basis.

To be considered for this role you must:
* Have a minimum 2 years’ proven work experience from your industry
* Show a history of stability or longevity in your work history
* Have exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal in English
* Be computer savvy and can follow processes and procedures
* Have a fun and positive attitude in all that you do
* Be a people person and team player
* Be drug-free and have a clean criminal history
* Be eligible to work in New Zealand
