Job description

I am looking for an Office and Administration Manager for a 3 week temporary assignment starting on the 29th July 2019.
Our client is a specialist in the real estate industry and ideally you would have had some industry exposure and knowledge.

The role responsibilities are:

  • Processing of sale and purchase agreements
  • Processing credit card payments
  • Calculating profit shares
  • Maintenance of the sales register
  • Processing payroll
  • Recording and calculating commissions
  • Filing PAYE returns

The ideal candidate:

  • Ideally you will have exposure to the real estate industry
  • Have a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High level of honesty and integrity
  • An advanced level of MS Office Suite
  • Ability to build relationships with internal and external parties
