Job description

The Successful applicant will be fully conversant with:

  • IMS Payroll
  • MYOB accounting
  • MS Word and Excel
  • Must have experience and ability to take financial accounts to annual accounts level
  • Experience with Hazardous substances an advantage
  • Experience with Health and Safety systems also an advantage

    This is a temp to perm opportunity that will lead to a full time sole charge position covering all aspects of clerical, reception, administration and accounting duties with a high degree of responsibility.

    The Candidate will also be or have:

    • Full class 1 licence
    • Willing to do full skill check
    • Be able to work under pressure
    • Organise the Logistics for the painting crews/teams
    • Coordinate meetings and set appointments for management

      The client is looking for the candidate that has come to a stage in their lives where they want to dig in their roots and settle with a company for the long term.
