Job description

Your duties will include record management, MYOB bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable and general administration support. We are looking for someone with a strong grasp on computers that will be able to grow into the role and introduce new ideas and systems into the company.

Our Requirements:

  • Administrative experience
  • Competent with Microsoft Office
  • Proficient with computers and ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • Experienced and proficient with MYOB accounting
  • Clear communication
  • Attention to detail
  • Proactive and ability to multitask
  • Ability to think outside of the box
  • Positive attitude
  • Construction background(preferred but not essential)
