Job description

We are looking for an office administrator to cover maternity leave for a client.


Your role
- Provide exceptional customer service when interacting with customers and other staff members.
- Answering calls, replying to emails and general administrative duties


What you'll need to succeed
- Experience working within administration
- Good understanding of MS Office Suite
- An inquisitive mind who uses initiative with a flexible and adaptable way of working
- An admirable work ethic and desire to work collaboratively with others
- Take personal responsibility for the safety of customers, your workmates, the environment, public and yourself
 

Duration of work is from July 25, 2020 till February 27, 2021. Days and hours of work are Monday to Friday 630am to 230pm, every second Saturday from 6am-1130am
