An opportunity has arisen to join an Australasian organisation as NZ Sales Manager.

As the New Zealand Manager, you will be an inspirational leader.

You will be responsible for:

  • Over seeing all aspects of the business in New Zealand including Sales, Training, Operations and Marketing
  • Managing and implementing sales growth and working with the 5 New Zealand branches
  • Coordinate event management for a variety of launch parities and attending a variety of events
  • Demonstrating leadership by supporting the sales team through training, negotiation and acquisition

Your ideal background will include:

  • Strong sales and leadership experience
  • Ability to plan coach and conduct training in a variety of settings
  • Possible exposure to either hospitality tourism, fundraising, media/digital media etc.
  • A proven track record of hitting targets and negotiation
  • Commercial acumen
  • Hugely positive, social personality style
  • Ability to bring teams people together
  • Professional and ethical
