An opportunity has arisen to join an Australasian organisation as NZ Sales Manager.

As the New Zealand Manager, you will be an inspirational leader.
You will be responsible for:
- Over seeing all aspects of the business in New Zealand including Sales, Training, Operations and Marketing
- Managing and implementing sales growth and working with the 5 New Zealand branches
- Coordinate event management for a variety of launch parities and attending a variety of events
- Demonstrating leadership by supporting the sales team through training, negotiation and acquisition
Your ideal background will include:
- Strong sales and leadership experience
- Ability to plan coach and conduct training in a variety of settings
- Possible exposure to either hospitality tourism, fundraising, media/digital media etc.
- A proven track record of hitting targets and negotiation
- Commercial acumen
- Hugely positive, social personality style
- Ability to bring teams people together
- Professional and ethical
