This opportunity is extremely rare & will allow you to utilize and advance your current skills and expertise while being treated as an integral part of the maintenance team.

As a Maintenance Fitter your main duties involve regular maintenance and servicing of machinery, routine checks, repairing breakdowns as they occur as well as general workshop duties. You will receive on-going training and support from an experienced and established team who pride themselves on delivering high standards of work quality. Dedication to the work at hand as well as the ability to be a focused and driven individual are paramount.

This role entails working Sunday to Wednesday from 2 PM until 12:30 AM (On call 1 in 4). Although this is a temporary role, the opportunity to go permanent could become available for the right candidate.

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate the following:

  • Trade Qualification (or similiar) and relevant experience
  • Reliable transport to and from work
  • Strong background in maintenance
  • Access to tools
  • A strong work ethic and the willingness to work as a team
  • Provide a minimum of two work related referees
