Our Client is seeking Night Shift Machine Operators on a 2-week rotating shift. Our client Produces and Distributes industrial and agricultural rubber goods.

Our client has always been at the forefront of the market and while there is strong domestic and international demand for our core agricultural and industrial rubber goods, the range and depth of products manufactured and marketed by our client continues to grow.

• For this role, full training will be provided however you must have some factory experience.
• This is a great opportunity to be taken under our clients' wing and has a lot of potential to go permanent for the right candidate.
• This rotating shift is a two-week roster with a total of 84Hrs (over two weeks)

  This Role included but isn't limited to:

  • Machine Setup- Calibration, control and adjust machine settings
  • Close product inspection with precision and measuring tools.
  • Ensuring output doesn't have any flaws or mistakes and meets quality standards
  • Ensuring daily safety checks are done on the machine before use
  • Fixing issues that may occur and logging any machinery faults
  • Keeping records of approved and faulty units
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area

    To be considered for this role:

    • You must have your own reliable transport
    • Able to pass a pre-employment Drug Test
    • Be Health and Safety conscious
    • Must be available between 6pm-6am
    • Have basic numeracy skills
